Questions about a compound, a certificate of analysis, or an order already on its way — a person who has actually handled the product will answer you, usually within two hours during business hours.

Before you email about an order

Including these details lets us answer in one reply instead of three:

• Your order number, from your confirmation email
• The email address you ordered with
• For a damaged or incomplete parcel: clear photos of the packaging and contents

Documentation and testing

Certificates of analysis for every batch are published on the relevant product page and collected on our Independent Test Results page. If you need a specific batch document that is not listed, email us with the batch number and we will send it through.
